We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • 👗 Unworn and unwashed

  • ✂️ Not cut, altered, dyed, or tailored

  • 🏷️ Returned with all original tags and packaging

  • 📦 In the same condition as received

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been:

  • Washed or worn

  • Cut, stitched, altered, or tailored

  • Damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Returned without original tags or packaging

  • Returned after 7 days of delivery

📦 Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 🚨

We strongly recommend recording a clear, continuous video while opening your parcel. 🎥

An opening video helps us verify claims regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items and may be required when processing such claims.

🎨 Color & Fabric Variation

Please note that slight differences in color may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and device displays.

Minor variations in fabric texture, print placement, or embroidery may also occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

💰 Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method. 💳

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or confirmed fault on our part.
